Reflection on future
以不变应万变！
时代变了，学生变了，教材变了，科技更是日新月异，但语文教学的一些原则是不变的：多听多说多读多写。尤其在小学阶段，打好扎实的语文基础尤为重要。
基于新加坡特殊的民情，在扎基础的当儿，也当着重趣味性。我认为10‘c华文教学不但结合了科技，也照顾到原则，是有效可行之法。
对于学生，原则就是关爱。无论掌握了多少科技，学生始终是个小孩，需要我们的呵护，循循善诱，甚至管教，使其身心灵都能成长。校方应减轻老师在行政上的负担，让老师能多做家庭探访。校方也当重视体育和美术。
无论如何，原则不变。
Our future
I should think we would be harnessing on the technology more and more. With the advance and introduction of more IT stuffs, it would be a wastage to just stick to pen and paper. Moreover, it is now the universal truth that much more information can be gathered via many sources. What we teachers should be doing are to sieve out these information so that they are relevant to our subjects and levels.
